Since November 2007, we have been busy documenting, and accessioning our Collection of furniture, memorabilia and artifacts. Do you like to organize things? If so, this is the venture for you. John Tigard House Collection - Selected Items
In the thirty years since the John Tigard House was moved to its present location, the Tigard Historical Association has been accumulating articles to furnish the house in an appropriate manner and to assemble materials relating to the history of the Tigard area. Red Velvet Historical Photo Album
This album belonged to Rosa Hohman Tigard, wife of Charles F. Tigard. It contains photos of early Tigard residents taken primarily between the years 1890 and 1910. Handwritten notations under the photos were added by Rosa's daughter, Grace Tigard Houghton with a few notated by Rosa herself. The album was donated to the Tigard Historical Association by David and Sandra Tigard.
